I appreciated that the stylist offered to pivot to waxing for certain parts (more effective/appropriate) even though I had booked threading for everything. That flexibility and combo got me to better results and it's so great that they offer both services. Very happy with how my face turned out and will be back again."

"I’ve been coming here for a while and always went out of my way to support this place, but my last experience was really disappointing. The staff were distracted and on their phones while doing my eyebrows, and they ended up messing them up because they weren’t paying attention. Prices have also gone up significantly, and if I’m paying ~$35 for eyebrows, I expect better service and professionalism. Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here, and I won’t be returning."
