"Parul was incredibly patient and honest throughout the entire process. I came in with a lot of intricate design ideas, with the messy vision to merge many complicated elements. She was transparent with me, and took the time to advise me and thoughtfully combine them into something cohesive and beautiful, even though this was new territory and she hadn’t worked with designs like mine before. Before the appointment, there was a small misunderstanding about the complexity of the designs, so she initially estimated about two and a half hours. Once we started, we both realized it would take much longer, and despite this, Parul spent a total of four hours on my henna and remained just as consistently detailed and focused the entire time. I could tell she was putting in her best effort even as we went hours overtime. She never rushed and continuously checked in to make sure I was happy with how everything was coming together. She was very honest with me, but she also did not make me feel bad for being picky and made sure I loved what I got. I wore this henna to prom and I received so many compliments.
