"I’m disappointed with my experience here. I came in specifically asking to have my eyebrows shaped evenly, with a plan to leave certain areas untouched so they could grow in and be balanced over time. Instead of discussing the shape or mapping the brows first, she threaded and tinted them following the uneven shape they already had. This made the asymmetry even more noticeable. After taking pictures and showing her, she just pretended like they look even to her. Super lazy. Not to mention, she had horrible manners and no customer service."

"Quality and prompt service! I love being able to book appointments online, and this place made it incredibly easy. I was able to book a same-day appointment through the Square Go app (or directly through the booking link on their Google Maps listing), which was super convenient. The service was very affordable, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, and despite it being my first time getting anything other than my brows threaded, it was surprisingly painless. I'll definitely be back!"

"I walked in without an appointment and was able to be seen pretty quickly. She did a great job assessing my face shape, suggesting a complimentary eyebrow shape, using some eye shadow to illustrate her proposed shape, then painlessly threading & trimming my brows into perfect rounded arcs. I’m so pleased with the result. Very reasonable pricing, especially compared to other nearby salons. Highly recommend!!! I’ll be back."

"hadn’t touched my eyebrows for months because I wanted a thicker, more natural look. I spent a long time researching where I could get good service, and based on the high ratings, I chose this place and booked an appointment with Rashilla for my eyebrows and upper lip. The moment I walked in, nobody asked for my name, what my appointment was for, or even who would be doing the service. Under the name of “brow mapping,” they scribbled on my face for two seconds and immediately started threading. I repeatedly said I wanted a natural look, but instead they made my brows thinner. They even took so much hair from underneath that there’s now a visible pale line between my eyelid and brow bone from how aggressively they removed it. For that, you deserve 1 star. Your ratings are clearly inflated. I left extremely disappointed and upset."
