I appreciated that the stylist offered to pivot to waxing for certain parts (more effective/appropriate) even though I had booked threading for everything. "I’ve been coming here for a while and always went out of my way to support this place, but my last experience was really disappointing. The staff were distracted and on their phones while doing my eyebrows, and they ended up messing them up because they weren’t paying attention. Prices have also gone up significantly, and if I’m paying ~$35 for eyebrows, I expect better service and professionalism. Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here, and I won’t be returning."
