"Very disappointed — I really wanted to like this place. I told the first lady I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned, not reshaped. I like them thicker and natural, and she confirmed she understood. With the very first thread, the arch of my right eyebrow was gone. When I calmly pointed it out, she insisted she hadn't touched the shape — even though the threaded line was clearly visible. She wasn't listening. A second lady (I assume the owner) took over to do my left eyebrow and the rest of my face. I explained again, and she was gentler. The threading didn't hurt much, so I assumed she was just more skilled. I left thinking I had finally found my salon. Between the dim lighting, being in a rush, and wanting to believe I had found my place, I didn't check my face properly before leaving. Once I got home and looked in better light (which the salon really should have had), I realized my face was only about 50% threaded — half the hair was still there. Now I have to pay somewhere else to fix it. I drove 30 minutes and trusted them with my time and money, and they didn't respect that. They need to listen to clients, double-check their own work, and seriously brighten up the salon — if poor lighting is why they missed half my face, that's an easy fix. The more I look at my eyebrows the more angry I get."
