"First visit. I am new to the area and wanted to get a root touch up & style done on my birthday. Sabina is very professional and did an excellent job. My hair felt super soft after the service. My husband was also very happy with the hair cut and color done by Raj. Staff, including Kishore at the front desk is very welcoming, friendly and pleasant to talk to. Loved how everyone had a smile on their faces while providing the services even if it was last service at the end of the day. Will be back for sure!"

"I have been coming to Bollywood Beauty Salon since 2018, and until today I have continued to return because I was generally happy with the quality of the services. However, one thing that has consistently been frustrating is the lack of respect for appointment times. Every time I have booked an appointment and arrived on time, I have still had to wait at least 10–15 minutes because previous clients were running late. I accepted this as part of the experience and never complained. Today, I arrived about 15 minutes late for my appointment. The salon was completely empty, and the staff member (not the owner or the usual person who provides my services) was simply sitting there. Despite that, she refused to see me. My appointment was only for a face wax, which typically takes no more than 15–20 minutes to complete. What disappointed me was the inconsistency. When the salon runs behind schedule, customers are expected to wait without question. But when a long-time customer is 15 minutes late—and there are no other clients waiting—the same flexibility is not extended. I understand that appointment policies are important, but they should be applied with fairness and reasonable discretion. After being a loyal customer for over seven years, I expected a little more consideration. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued and disappointed."

"Very very rough haircut and beard trim by Deep. I told him to take it easy during the appointment but he said no this is correct and kept going. I realized I have a bad gash on my neck and irritated and red skin on my face when I got back home. Totally unexpected from this place but will never come back after this"

"Horrible customer service. The service and customer service has gone downhill over the years. I always come in this place regularly for threading and waxing and a few visits have been really unpleasant in the way the problems are handled. I had leg waxing done and the hair fully grew in less than two weeks which is the first time happening in 10 years doing waxing. Usually it takes 1-1.5 months for the hair to start showing and this time it grew in less than two weeks. The front desk woman took no accountability in the product they offer blaming it on my skin( mind you I've been coming here for 10 years). It can be the rush they put the wax on and the way the hair might cut not just pull out but what's more concerning is the front desk attitude and lack of knowledge of how to handle customers. On top of that most of the experienced workers have left this place leaving it with new inexperienced workers experimenting on brows and all. Very saddened by how this place has turned to be!"
