"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this dance teacher. Professionalism and basic ethics seem to be completely lacking. Communication is highly inappropriate—she has called and shouted at me, justifying her behavior by claiming she is “overburdened with work.” Being busy is not an excuse for speaking disrespectfully to parents. A teacher, especially one working with children, should demonstrate patience and emotional control. There is also a complete lack of transparency. Group position changes for my daughter were made multiple times without any prior communication or consent from parents. When I tried to ask for clarification, it was clear that questions are not welcomed. The expectation seems to be that parents should blindly follow instructions without any discussion. To make matters worse, I was removed from the WhatsApp group without any notice or explanation, which is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite frequently portraying herself as an exceptional guru, her behavior reflects the opposite. A good teacher not only teaches skills but also models respect, discipline, and communication—qualities that are clearly missing here. I would not recommend this teacher to parents who expect basic professionalism, transparency, and respectful interaction."

I have been a student of bharatnatyam in my childhood years and when I planned to resume learning again after moving to US I met Ms Shraddha. "Beware! This business got my review hidden/deleted which was an honest feedback of my experience and takes away my freedom of speech to present my accurate experience with this person. So posting it again! This business is deceiving. Teacher offered no trial class and I was forced to sign up for monthly classes without checking out their studio. Big mistake! She charges full price of a proper studio but when you go to her house her studio is a garage full of boxes, bicycles and house storage all around. It is dimly lit, there are no mirrors or climate control and barely space for 2-3 students to dance. It was an outright lie when I was told there was a home studio which I was expecting to be a proper room with climate control with mirrors and dance atmosphere. When I showed up for next class she left me waiting outside her house and her daughter told me she is teaching somewhere so there is no class at her home. I wasn’t notified about class cancellation and it wasted my time. It took a lot to make her understand that this doesn’t work for me for her to refund partially. She could be a decent teacher but is definitely not an ethical business owner."
