Tabla Niketan

At Tabla Niketan, we offer world-class instruction in the art of Indian percussion, tabla accompaniment, and solo classical performance across Silicon Valley. Established by accomplished maestro Satish Tare, disciple of Pandit Arvind Mulgaonkar, our academy trains students in classical bols, nikas technique, and complex rhythmic compositions. We teach the intricacies of the Delhi, Farrukhabad, and Ajrada gharanas, ensuring students build remarkable hand clarity and rhythmic stamina. From beginner children discovering their first teentaal theka to advanced players accompanying vocals and instrumentalists, our structured curriculum nurtures confident percussionists. Connect with Tabla Niketan today to embark on a fulfilling musical journey in Indian classical rhythm.
