"Exceptional service and very welcoming staff that were helpful in all regards! We had a graduation event booked and the staff had already prepared the room with a great sound system and well-spaced tables. During the event, they restocked our food when it ran out and cleaned up messes very quickly. The owner Jamal was very nice to talk to and is very passionate about creating economical yet premium-feeling venues for all sorts of events. 100% recommend everyone check Royal Palace out."

"We attended a private event at Royal Palace Fremont Hall. We booked for 60 people, at $60 per person. While the venue was nice, the catering was a major disappointment. The food portions were extremely small, and after 30 people ate, it was already gone. When we asked for more, the staff were rude and unprofessional. We also paid in full upfront, and I strongly recommend others not to do that. Pay 50% before the party and 50% after the service. I wouldn’t recommend this venue for events."

"The venue is nice, and the food is good as well. One issue we experienced is that the staff cleared away the food very quickly, even before guests had the opportunity to go back for seconds. We also brought additional food from another restaurant. Although outside food was allowed, the staff took the food we brought and later refused to return it. They claimed that it had been thrown away. If outside food is permitted, guests should be allowed to keep and retrieve their food. Taking it and not returning it was disappointing and unprofessional."

"OMG the HORROR!! Imagine booking your wedding and clearly telling the venue manager Iman and Jose your vendor arrival time and they agree to open the venue at 11am. (That is their opening time anyway) BUT!!! On the day of your wedding everyone reaches the venue on time and venue is locked. People are calling you!! No one pickes up the damn call for hours!!! HOURS!!! Iman or Jose soooo unprofessional and no text, Call or email is answered!! FOR TWO HOURS!!!!! The groom has to leave all work and go to the venue to manage in his tux whote his wedding shoot needs to start. But the venue is not open and the managers are not responding! IMAGINE!!! So rude, so horrible!! I hope this shitty place shuts down so people can be spared of their rudeness. Iman is so fake and so rude, no accountability. 7 people were calling for several hours just the get the door open of the venue that they already paid for..at the time that was agreed upon.. on the day of wedding!!! Man plz take your money and business to someone who will not give you a hearattack on your wedding day! HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE MANAGERS both Iman and Juan"
