"Raj and Neelu did the California Patio to ADU conversion project for us in our brand new house. From Design, getting permits from the city and getting into construction - they worked through every detail and ensured project progressed smoothly on time and finished unit blended seamlessly into the main house. Special attention was paid to compliance of codes and local regulations. They did a great job within the budget and I am so thankful to them - it was a pleasant experience - with absolutely no stress about timelines or contractor costs escalations or workmanship Thankyou again Raj and Neelu I will wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody"

"From our very first conversation about our ADU, Raj’s kind and understanding nature made us feel like we were talking to a trusted mentor. He navigated us through the entire journey from the early design and architecture to the tricky world of permits and building with such ease. His true gift is his incredible attention to detail, and his communication is so clear and thoughtful that we never felt left in the dark. He fought multiple times with the city on behalf of us."

"Raj assisted us as both an architect and structural engineer throughout our construction process. Our plans involved earthquake-proofing the entire house, retaining a significant portion of the existing structure, completely renovating our bedrooms, and adding a new room above the garage. It was a complex project that demanded a comprehensive understanding of the current structure, beams, new standards, and our own expectations for the house. Raj also grasped our Asian (Indian) style preferences and expectations, delivering a superb design. Throughout the project, we encountered minor design changes to accommodate new ideas and address potential structural issues. Raj remained dedicated throughout, approaching each challenge with enthusiasm. He also ensured the contractor maintained quality processes by regularly visiting the site. All in all, he was a cornerstone of our new house :-)"

"Raj and Neelu helped us with a remodeling project for our home. The project included extending a portion of the house (structural) and significant interior remodeling and reconfiguration. We couldn't have asked for a better team to conceptualize and execute on the project. They are excellent listeners. They listened patiently to even our wildest "wishlist items", gave us advice on what was possible, practical and appropriate. That built the foundation of trust that we felt was essential. They gave us guidance on budget and were mindful of our boundaries throughout the project. They are very experienced and that showed up in every aspect of the project from broad concepts to minute details. They were there to make sure we were making the right choices without forcing their views. We had the perfect balance on enough options to not overwhelm us with flexibility to adapt to our desires. They were with us every step as much as we needed them to be. They took care of everything, from permits to completion, without us having to break a sweat. We lived in the house for the entire project (6+ months) and they made sure that the work was done in a way that provided minimal impact on our ability to get through our lives. They have an excellent crew. We got to watch them work and the amount of care that went into everything. The work quality is excellent. Our project was completed a few weeks ago. Every day since then, we've found immense joy in our "new" home. From special occasions to day-to-day living!! Thanks Raj and Neelu!!"
