"Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a home insurance policy with them through the guy I refinanced with, and it would have required me to do about 15k worth of plumbing work that didn't need to be done. I got an email from Farmers informing me of this, it was not mentioned to me before that. It took me over a week to get ahold of them, only to be told they would find me a suitable alternative. That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard from them. If you're considering using them, don't. They are a terrible combination of poor products and bad customer service. Dealt with Ali Raza and Saqib Ali"

"Zain is amazing! They've been the 'go to' company for our nonprofits insurance needs for years. Not only fast and helpful but they always give the most options in terms of price and individualized coverage. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Try them first; you wont be dissapointed!!"

"This man was absolutely rude and disrespectful! He even hung up on me while I was recaping our conversation and making sure we were on the same page. How he expected me to pay $1000 without assurance of contract I don't know. Recommendation: if you can get your insurance elsewhere...please do! Just not with zain! Horrendous customer service with ZERO effort to make potential client valued."
